Overview
Come enjoy a private, rustic Hamptons experience in this 1865 farmhouse formerly owned by Fred Topping, a member of one of the original farming families in Bridgehampton. The house is situated on 2 acres of land adjacent to the Poxabogue County Park and Poxabogue Pond. The property is filled with beautiful trees and natural beauty. There is lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoor beauty.
Bedrooms
The two-story house has 2 California king sized beds, a queen bed, 3 single beds and a full-sized bed. The bedrooms have window unit air conditioners.
Bathrooms
The house has 2 full bathrooms. The first floor has a shower and washer/dryer. The second floor has a bathtub but no shower.
Outdoors
Enjoy nature by relaxing on the outdoor furniture: 2 lounge chairs, 2 upright chairs, a couch and coffee table. There is not pool on the property, but you can ride one of 3 bikes to the beach!
Pricing
The property is available on a weekly basis.
January 1-April 30: $700 per week.
May 1 - 11 August: $2500 per week.
August 12-Labor Day: Not Available
September 3-December 31: $1500 per week.
