Life is too short to be stuck in a situation that is not feeding your soul and allowing you to be your best self!

After spending over 25 years working as an HR professional in the public and private sector, with organizations such as Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, M&M/Mars and the United Nations, I decided to focus on a portfolio of services that I am passionate about and provided me more flexibility to raise my daughter. 

It has been a dream of mine to work for myself and concentrate my efforts on activities that I love to do and for which I am skilled. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their career journey in reaching their full potential. I get great energy from working with teams in assisting them in achieving "flow".  In particular, combining my love of horses with my passion for people development in the form of equine assisted learning activities is big goal of mine! I reached the point in my life where I said to myself "If not now, when?"
